Recommended Usage by Age and Lifestyle
Timing for Maximum Effectiveness: Consume PANAKOS® 30 to 60 minutes before meals or beverages for optimal absorption and benefit.
30 mL PANAKOS® diluted in 90 mL water or natural
juice, three times daily on an empty stomach.
One daily dose of 30 mL PANAKOS®
diluted in 90 mL water or preferred beverage.
Older Adults with Sedentary Lifestyles:
Infants (0–5 years):
One tablespoon daily per year of age, added to their drink.
Example: 6 months = 1 tablespoon; 3 years = 3 tablespoons.
Children
(5 years and older):
Two daily doses of 30 mL each, diluted in 450 mL
water or natural juice. Consume between meals, starting on an empty stomach.
Plant Care:
Add 1 part PANAKOS® hypertonic solution to 20 parts irrigation water as needed to
support plant vitality.
Animals and Pets:
Add 1 part hypertonic marine plasma to 10 parts water in your pet’s daily drinking bowl.
